I've bought something in ebay and they couldn't find my adress and they supposively sent it back to the sender but she never got it so I  feel like there holding it cause there to lazy to get off there asses and give it back to the sender so she can send it back out to me but I'm pissed>:(

How do you only have one window open at 2PM?! Employees keep walking up asking if anyone is here to pickup, but heaven forbid someone else open another register to actually work.

Rant: This place is ridiculous, can we replace them with UPS or FedEx. Like, seriously... I have never had so many problems with a delivery service before. I was suppose to receive a package today. My USPS Tracking Web site, said it has already been delivered to my mailbox. So, I go check my mailbox, there is no package. Is the mail personnel stealing packages on their run... IDK or is the tracking off... 

Lord! This is not the first time I've had an issue with them, I don't know how many times I had to see them in person, due to an error they created, either with missing packages that the driver accidentally forgot and decided to drop them at the wrong house or mailbox.
 
Last time they gave me the wrong key twice, which was for the parcel locker box that was broken. How can you give a person a broken key and not check it yourself to see if the key works. Plus, I had an issue where a family member missed placed a key, I paid their 50 bucks to replace it. They told me, they had to send someone out to change out the locks and give me a new key, they estimated it would take 2 days. I waited the 2 days... I even stayed home from work, to be one of those random psycho stalkers to ensure that it will be fixed. Did they ever come no, they didn't even bother to give a courteous call to let me know, that they be late or nothing. I had to go in person once again to fix the problem...It literally took a week to replace the lock. Plus, anytime you call this particular USPS facility... I can never get a hold of a real person. I should be reimbursed for gas. It takes me 30 mins to go to this facility in person, when I should be able to get my mail and packages less than 5 mins. Gas is not cheap.

I know it's the holidays, but this happens on the regular. Something need to be done... Why is it only this facility that has the most issue. I've never had a problem with their other facilities.

All the community post office boxes were vandalized in our area. It's been about a month now and no word on what the status is. Do we have to buy a new box or forever pick up our mail at the office. The people working in the office are OK except for one lady that always looks like she hates working there. You will know when you see her. She is hating life.

This office never answers their phone!!! Working in an government office does not constitute for these employees to be so disrespectful and rude. A simple greeting to the public you serve does not cost or hurt you in any way.
