This office leaves its phone off the hook so they don't have to answer the phone. Phone has been busy for hours. Worthless, useless waste of taxpayers money, this place should be shut down, and most workers fired. But they cant do that bc they are protected, what a joke. Perfect example of why our government is bloated and inefficient, bc no one can get fired. Only giving it one star bc I cannot post the message without clicking at least one star

If you're waiting for a package use FedEx, UPS, hell a carrier pigeon because you have a very slim chance of receiving anything from this place.

Why would customer service tell me I can come here to pick up my package today (Saturday) if theyre closed on sat?? I specifically asked if i can pick it up at the post office on del rosa in San Bernardino tmw? And she said yes you can.. now I gotta wait until Tuesday when I could of had it out for delivery today. Ugh

Mean and careless. Was told a package would be put on hold so I didn't have to worry about it being delivered the next day. I go and wait in line then told I'm in the wrong line. No signs letting you know there are two. Someone then questions my service dog. Finally I speak to the gentleman who is helping people with packages. He said he can't go look cause there are too many. Refuses to even go look real quickly.

The worst post office ever! The workers are so rude and unwilling to help. Let's not forget about how lazy they are. They will purposely leave you a slip just to not give you your package. Still haven't put locks on our mailboxes and it's been months! Get off your lazy @$$es and do your job!!!
