This is hands down the friendliest large city post office that I have ever done business with. Even though it's usually very busy at this location, the employees that work here are extremely fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented. The post office would do well to learn the work habits of these ladies and train the employees of other local post offices, in particular the Del Rosa and the Highland post offices. Those two post offices employ the most rude, obnoxious and arrogant government employees I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with over the last 27 years that we've lived here in the Belvedere neighborhood.

The customer service is awesome! There honest and polite. They have a great radio station playing in the background. There direct and treat there customers with respect!
