Every time I call this office I’m on hold forever. It’s almost as if the staff is allergic to answering phones. My goodness. Can someone please straighten these people out. Do they need more pay? The offices in N.E. Portland were a lot nicer and attentive

If there was less than a One Star I would leave it. Continual failures to deliver my packages and mail requiring multiple trips to the Swamp that passes for a Post Office. Grandma drove through the front window and it took them MONTHS to get a new piece of glass. My advice to anyone shipping is either UPS or Fedex even DHL but for God’s sake don’t use USPS. Jeff Bezos’ drones can’t kill all you federally funded fat slobs fast enough to suit me. Have a good time on the Taxpayer’s money while you still can, your laziness makes sure my kids won’t pay for you.

Grossly negligent, uncaring and incompetent. They lost a package of medicine I waited a month to get. They say it was delivered to the right address and signed for, even though the tracking says it was not delivered to my address (they explained this by saying the carrier might’ve accidentally just hit a wrong button when scrolling through the options on their device) and the signature was not anyone’s from my household (though they said I couldn’t prove that. What BS!). When asked if I could see the GPS coordinates it was delivered to, they refused. If it was delivered to my house, why can’t I see the coordinates? I know suing a government agency is a longshot, but I will be taking every action I can make sure they pay for this.

They have been losing all my personal mail, gifts, credit cards and special orders. Lost the order from my photographer that I paid 300 for infant pics,but I always get mail for Summit Land Surveyors in my p.o.box. I never had any issues until 6 months ago and Steve who answers always says he is the manager and is starting an investigation. Don't bother going in, the ladies are always overwhelmed and will tell you to call in with the issue. I even brought in my opened mail and they just told me there should have been a note with an explanation on why my mail was open. Funny I receive only bills, but not any package I order, cards from family for kids. Steve said I will only hear from them if they find anything. So far, only one family member who sent my kids a card 3 times and it was never received was contacted and told they couldn't forward the card she sent checks in because it had black ink, so they opened the card and destroyed it. This doesn't seem legit and I'm doubtful it really happened with all 3 cards that I never received.

I should have gotten my package from Portland yesterday. Not sure why I didn't. Today I got a Notification that it would be delivered today. Then at 4:30i got a notification that it couldn't be delivered. Not sure why. It's a small package going into a mailbox. I stopped at the Tigard post office and the lady I spoke with said something was wrong with my mail persons vehicle and that they were still out delivering...at 5:30pm. I left my phone number for them to let me know if the package came back to the office so I could pick it up. She assured me it would be delivered or she would call. It's now 10pm and no package and no phone call. I needed the package yesterday and now I have to wait another day. Who knows what the excuse will be tomorrow. It's very frustrating and I have no faith in USPS now..not that I ever did.
