A package delivered to FL 33304 never arrived. This office could not help me in any way, except to provide me the telephone number of USPS in Oakland. I have no idea what Oakland has to do with it, except that they are consistent in either being closed, or not answering their phone when they are open, except to drop the call.

This is one of the best post offices I have ever been in. Ladies who work there are friendly, helpful, courteous and pleasant. They welcome you, ask you if you need anything, and thank you after service is complete. My complaint, if you could call it that, is they are too helpful and sometimes the line gets long because many people come to post office totally unprepared and expect the employees to wrap, tape, and address their packages. Customers should come prepared and be courteous to everyone and stop being so selfish.

When Call - No Agent to answer. Was On Hold for 40 minutes and hanged up!!!

The post office will not let you take a picture of your postmarked package to prove you dropped it off with them. Instead you have to pay $1.30 charge to get some handmade piece of paper with a postmark showing you dropped it off. What a racket!!?? I know it's not much money, but it's a ridiculous rule and it's designed so they can't be at blame if they lose it!!!
