I received a tracking notice that an item had been placed in my mailbox. It was not in my mailbox! I spoke to a carrier and went to the post office. They told me to call a number at 9 am. When I called I did not get an answer. The message said the post office was closed. I tried to call several times with no success. Very frustrating!

The one lady who's always working at 5:00pm usually on the most left register is the most disgusting and disrespectful postal service women I've ever interacted with. She always has a slick remark, always is too lazy to scan my items if I bring more than 1, it's ridiculous. This lady should be removed if she's incapable of doing her job, SCAN MY PACKAGES. Because when they don't scan them, there's always some kind of issue with the tracking, it's beyond pathetic at this point, this is disrupting my business. 1 star. I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

I just received a final notice form 3849 that an item is waiting to be delivered. I never received a notice before today, and I believe the Final notice is the 3rd notice, correct? Also, my Bank Account Statement was not delivered in September!!. So this is 3 major Blunders in about 2 weeks! This is really just bad bad bad service in my humble opinion! Time to write the Post Master General in Washington DC I guess.

TWO packages! That was marked as delivered, was never in fact delivered. Also the package that requires signature ($700.00 worth)was left outside and marked in shipping info as “handed to recipient “ What a lie!!! Trying calling, no answer of course. Horrible service!

This place is TERRIBLE! They have such an attitude! Michelle is the worst! She gets upset if you have to ask a question. She seems like she is just a miserable person. I have reason to believe that she made PRIORITY package get lost. I asked her about the tracking after I added insurance she got pissed. I said "I just want to make sure it gets there before Christmas" (this was the 12th of December) she just laughed with her evil smile. Now it's the 18th and my priority package is lost somewhere. Ughhhh They all seem like they hate working there. God forbid you ask them a question. They have lost packages and they don't care. I wish I shipped UPS instead of USPS
