Slow and unfriendly. Waited in line 35 minutes and finally the man behind the desk Dan was sadly very slow, and the lady who helped him has a terrible attitude. Go to Coral Ridge instead.

f you want to meet arrogant, RUDE PO employees...this is for you. I'm new to shipping from home and it was painful dealing with the two male employees, as I tried to explain my circumstances, wanted to make sure my postage was correct and choose the right service, i was hoping for a few pointers and some guidance so i would not repeat any mistakes but.. received stinking, arrogant stare downs from both male workers, then one started grilling me about the contents of one package, he implied I was lying or clueless, the line was growing behind me, the panic attack set in, he stated "it will probably come back to since i don't know what I'm doing " Thats why I asked for assistance YOU CREEP ! instead of you splitting hairs and tying up peoples time, arrogantly talking down.. like your superior to everyone else. I am a shipping manager at work, my background is with FED EX/UPS from the Midwest and common courtesy is a given out there suppose my expectations are higher, have never encountered such arrogant behavior.. After my second "test of wills" experience with these creeps, resolved to never return to this facility My packages have been in their system for 2 days now and my buyer has no tracking info whatsoever. Have nothing to hide, do not need to post anonymously, they have the protection of being in a federal building with surveillance cameras, it must feel secure to bully people without any recourse or reprimands Blech !!
