Always long lines and often just 1 person at the counter even though this is a very busy location. It can be very frustrating. Linda and Verna know their jobs, but they don't take any attitude from anyone, so the best way to get what you want is to be friendly and polite. Be nice. If not, you'll get very poor customer service. If Trump really believed that the Government should be run like a business, the USPS is the place to begin, as it competes with FEDEX and UPS and really could be more efficient and consumer-friendly.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Everytime u call them the automated machine answer the call and u can't even talk to a real person. No option to talk to a representative. When u go to the postal service location,VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and they GIVE U AN ATTITUDE. They only pick the people they WANNA TALK to ESPECIALLY if the SAME COLOR as them. THEY NEED TO HIRED NEW WORKERS THAT KNOWS HOW TO GIVE GOOD QUALITY SERVICE! SO UNHAPPY!!!!!

Couldn't possibly be slower service. These people are so incapable. Extremely frustrating watching these people attempt to do their jobs at the slowest lowest most minimal effort possible. It's truly sad.

I wish I could give a zero star to this location. Linda is the name of the most disgusting post office worker ever attended me. She should find another job if she is so unhappy processing packages. LINDA please get retired and let nice and polite people have this job.

Verna went above and beyond to help me with getting my P.O. box and even followed up with me FIRST THING the next morning letting me know she had taken cafe of me. Talked to several staff members and they WERE ALL GREAT!
