15 people in line at the Suite 106 pick up area.  Where does it say #106?
The 'Automatic' door(s) are non existent.  Approximate wait time, at least an hour.  One employee and closes the door each time.

Information on pieces of paper posted are partially torn.  What professionalism!!!

I gave up and went home, never should have come here, went online
and scheduled a 2nd delivery.

Phone line either busy or no answer. This is not two weeks ago!

All the staff on counter except the only guy there are miserable, rude and just plain anti-human. However, your forced to engage them, because if you put a package in the drop box it can be lost or not scanned for a week. There are times when there is one person for a long period of time until they start coming back one by one a few mins apart. It's a pattern they have. If you have more that 4 things. They will make do the line again, because they only do 4 items. It's the only place on Earth were the more you spend, the worse you are treated.

This Is literally the worst place on earth to have to deal with. The staff is miserable and it's astounding how sow they work. I had to go to their package pickup and I waited 45 minutes and there was only 6 ahead of me. I had to leave as I had to go to work. I have to go back today😥.  The only reason I gave them even one star is because I couldn't write this with no stars. I am astonished at the lack of work ethic and the amount of people in one lace who lack it.  I am here now. It is 8:35 and not open yet. Says open at 8:30.

Expect a wait at the pick up station . It’s not terrible service, but t isn’t the fastest. I think if they had a few quicker paced people things could run a bit more efficiently. Also it doesn’t have the same hours as the main postal office.

I'm actually kind of shocked by the negative reviews. I come here at least once a week to send things out for eBay and I just had my passport done here the other day. Normally the experiences are pleasant and fairly efficient. They started putting office workers out on the floor  to assist people in mailing and packaging. They also have new self service machines so you can send your own postage without waiting in line. Again pretty surprised by the reviews; my experience is here generally been pleasant.
