This is now the second time in a row that they have "tried" delivering my package and the carrier marked it as an incorrect address...I've lived in the same home for years and have mail and packages delivered almost every day by USPS. This location may need to reevaluate some of their drivers and make sure they're handling people's mail with care...and actually trying to find the home. I even called yesterday to verify my address and get the delivery rescheduled...the woman I spoke with confirmed that my address was correct and apologized but I still have yet to receive it. I did however receive a notification from Amazon that USPS was sending it back because again my "address was incorrect." It's fine, I called Amazon, they refunded me and made a complaint to USPS.

I honestly do not support this location any more than I have to. I tried a P.O. box and found you ended up waiting in the same line as every one else to pick up your mail. I found most places do not ship to P.O. boxes and found it to be utterly useless. Customer service is not all that great. Nipping at customers over little things. I've learned to lie when they say "hazard or harmful" because they ended up charging me like $80 for a shipping fee when it wasn't really necessary for a computer component that was triple wrapped that said "fragile" on the box with an up arrow. They don't like it when you take the shipping boxes. Take them home, wrap a brown grocery bag around it and reship it. If you know what you are doing and know photography well, you do not need to use this location for a passport. You can easily do it your self with Photoshop.

Wow. I can not believe I pay these people to handle my belongings. I stood in line today for 25 minutes to pick up a package. The time spent there wasn't the problem at all. Watching the interactions between the staff and the customers is what makes me give one star. One man came in to mail 3 packages. There is a small counter to the right of the service desk where people put packages that are ready to ship. The man set his 3 packages on the desk, which was already piled up, and walked away. The tall male bald man with glasses who worked there stopped what he was doing, walked over to the counter shaking his head and (not kidding) grabbed each package on the counter and threw them one by one into the rolling bin. One stack was high, so he pulled the entire stack over so the packages all just toppled into the bin and all over the floor. He then picked them up off the floor and stuffed them into the bin.. HARD. He looked me right in my eyes and shook his head as if I had too just seen the audacity of this customer to come and stack a box on top of an already full desk. I could not believe what I was seeing. Right then, the lady in front of me got called up to the counter by the woman staff member with the glasses and black hair in a ponytail. She had some garments in her hand and said she needed to mail them back to the person who had originally sent them so they could be altered to fit. The staff lady was nice and smiled, but when she was asked what the cheapest way to do that would be, said "Do you have tape for that?".... She then went on to explain that the customer could just mail it back in the original packaging she had with her but she would need to tape the top of the package back together. The customer was happy that she wouldn't have to purchase a box until she realized she would have to anyway because (again, not kidding) the lady would NOT let her use the tape sitting behind the counter. The used tape roll on the ladies desk.. Nope. I felt so embarassed for the poor woman who was trying to be so patient and just spent the last 25 minutes in line and just desperately trying to get her package mailed. The staff lady directed her to the boxes and pointed out the one she thought would fit the garments. The customer filled the box and asked again what the cheapest way to mail the box would be.. "Standard Delivery". The customer said that was perfect and that would be the way she would like it shipped please, and started to get her wallet out. "That is a first class box. You need a different box to ship Standard." ....omg. The woman asks where the other boxes are. "Over there, but we don't have any more right now. And you would need tape anyway to close it. You didn't bring your tape?" ....I got called up next, got my package, and left. Neatest thing is, I can not decide to never give them my business again because this is my local Post Office where I get my packages. I am just disgusted.

Worst customer service ever! Wish i could give negative stars. No one ever picks up the phone. The service is very slow. The clerk/supervisor (apparently!) straight up refused to resolve an issue with SEVERAL of my packages that already arrived to my po box (which by the way there was no notice of. Only knew about them being there because i had tracking numbers). I explained the situation and did all i could think of to cooperate but she kept repeating the same excuse over and over like a broken record not even listening to anything i said. I did my research on this and found proof on usps website that the "issue" she had was not even legal. When presented with this, i received a cookie-cutter "sorry" email that didn't change anything! She was there every time i returned so i couldn't even talk to a different person. On one of the days i had come there with someone else. That person got tired of arguing and went back to the car. As i was about to leave i asked this same clerk to confirm something for me. She said "i already explained that to the other person go ask them". How is she keeping her job? Beyond rude! Even when asked to speak to the manager she told me to stand aside and moved on to the next person in line. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. On another visit i had asked to confirm that they even still had my packages there and she said "i don't know". I had to ask her to go look for them. TWICE. How do you not know?? That is literally your job! Ended up driving back there several times over the week and spending HOURS with the problem never being solved. They sent all packages back to sender to not bother to help, wasting a lot of time and money!
