The old man Gary or George is super friendly but this place exhibits the typical symptoms of government bureaucracy and wasted tax dollars. Outdated systems, infrastructure and interface. However, there’s Plenty of parking.

Terrible place, under staffed, always lines. Even if there are only 2 people in front of you, it takes forever. The place looks abandoned. The signs are there about the mail drops, but the mail drop boxes have been removed. It is horrible!!!! Federal government employees dont care and are rude! Intensive revamp and personnel training needed urgent!

I've been calling 5 hours straight since they opened this morning and they kept answering and hanging up the phone on me. It's so sad how they treat their customers

Would give this place negative (-10) stars if that was possible. They have misplaced 3 packages in the past year and had no good explanation.  They seem to try to resolve the situation but they are just plagued with incompetence.
