Easily the worst run post office in America. If your lucky there will be two people at counters to help you. Usually just one though and they chat with every customer like there is no one else there. They move at the speed of drying paint. Additionally the entire lobby looks like a jenga puzzle from the packages people just drop because it’s prepaid. They just leave them there. I’ve literally waited an hour to pick up a package here. It’s shameful.

This post office is far too small for the population of Bonney Lake. Typically only 1 or 2 people working at a time. Always a long line. Poor parking situation. Not open on the weekend. No digital scales with postage for purchase. Very outdated facility. Avoid if at all possible. The United States Post Office needs to improve this facility ASAP. We deserve better.

You think these jerks would have my address right after 20 years of living in Bonney lake, no. I continue to receive packages in my mailbox intended for others and my packages don't show up.  The people who work here must be dyslexic.

For 15 years we get our mail before 3pm. Now for the last year our mail doesn't come until 7pm! If there is a check in the mail that needs to go to the bank, or a bill that needs immediate response, EVERYTHING IS CLOSED BY THE TIME OUR MAIL ARRIVES. The delivery sometimes is as late as 7:30pm! Seriously need to fix the mail delivery times. Everything I order I have switched to UPS because I can get it at a decent time. This is ridiculous service.
