The parking lot is always full and they only have one worker I've ever seen. If someone needs to ship an international package or there is a long line, you will wait FOREVER. After spending 15 minutes in line today (no joke), and only two people had been helped with 6 people still ahead of me, I had to just leave to make it back to work on time. I've only been here two other times, and the line is always long, and there is always only one person working. I'd recommend going literally anywhere else. Heck, it would be faster to drive your package to its destination!

Limited services - self-service is non-existent; there isn’t even a package drop box available. Signs about money orders being unavailable have been up for months. The lock boxes used for packages are all broken so if you have a package delivered to a PO Box you have to come during business hours to pick it up. They aren’t open on Saturdays and only until 5:00pm weekdays. If you come during lunch expect to wait at least 30 minutes. They even re-use the paper package notifications from person to person - the last one I had was over a year old with at least 20 dates and box numbers crossed out. Don’t even bother with this location, go literally anywhere else and it will be better.

USPS on 2nd in Kent could possibly be the worst postal building to do business in that I've seen. Today after standing in line with only one person working, "Ronnie", I continued to watch her berate, humiliate and demean each and every person coming to her window. This includes an elderly woman who could barely walk and didn't fill out her paperwork just so, a young, polite gentleman trying to pay his student loans, and he continued to apologize to her (clearly no apology was necessary at all after she continued to be horrifically berating to him) and myself, who after her giving completely confusing instructions on how to fill out 'registered letter' paperwork, told me I "should have done it right the first time." Not that anything will every get done about this, but without a doubt, I am going to the main website of USPS and climb to the top about this woman. She needs to be fired. The general public trying to politely mail through our USPS should never be treated this way.

My post office burnt down nov 2016. Took me until the first week of jan to find out where they even routed my mail. Bring disabled i sent my ex to get muy mail, and since my po box was due to renew, i paid for a full year online. Not finding anyone to go for me in feb i take 2 buses in muy wheelchair only to be told i no longer had a po box. It was shut doen. Cunfused i asked y. N where was my Mail... they couldn't tell me b told me someone would call. No one called so after 2 weeks i went down there again. They handed me a cashiers check for 2/3 of what i paid them. Told me they had no po boxes n it was standard to only give the admit they did. I asked could they at least hold muy mail. No. Since my po box was closed. Well can u forward it somewhere? No we have no box to forward it t to. I called the post master who was a real dick. Acted like i wanted it. I tried to say that what they did went against usps policy. I should have gotten 30day notice and a mandatory replacement po box offered to me. He pretty much told me where i could stick my complaint. I had to save up to pay the $120 for a year. To only get 80$ back with nothing ... They shouldn't be allowed to do stuff like that. But they did. I was nothing to them. Makes me sick

I avoid this USPS branch as much as I can. Parking lot is tiny and always crowded. Inside is also very tiny and cramped. Most of the time, only one counter is open, so long lines is normal.Be prepared for long wait time to do anything at this branch.
