If there was an option to give ZERO stars, I would! The delivery person consistently makes mistakes and valuable items are not delivered, though they say they are! I tried to call the local office and no one picks up. I called the toll free USPS and waited ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES to actually speak to someone. They opened a case, and the local office closed it saying it was delivered without even talking to me about it!

Package was not delivered, no slip was left to inform me it was at the post office, and then it was returned to sender without any notification. This isn't the first time either. I've made complaints to this office before about their delivery agent on my route neglecting to leave a "pink slip" to inform us our package was at the office. I find out two days before my customer is expecting their order that it was sent back to the company I ordered the part form. AWFUL SERVICE! If I could choose not to do business with this post office I would.

As busy as this post office is they should have more than three people working the counter during the Christmas season. I stopped in to mail two letters for some legal paperwork and bought a book of stamps, one stamp for each letter and the rest for future use. The line was so long it almost went to the lobby and had to wait about 20 minutes. A lady behind me got tired of waiting and left after about 10 minutes. Even during the rest of the year they only have two people working the counter and the wait can be upwards of 10 minutes. They have six or seven registers so things can go quicker but they need more clerks. I live in a gated community and a couple times the post office was scheduled to deliver something I had bought online on a Sunday. I didn't pay for that, the timing just worked out that way. Sometime in the afternoon I checked the status and it said something like "Undeliverable - No Access" which was a frustrating surprise. I guess whoever was doing the Sunday deliveries wasn't notified they need an access code or key to open the drive through gate. They couldn't be bothered to use the walk through gate that would have only taken a couple minutes. The package was taken back to the post office and the regular carrier delivered on Monday. The regular carrier has no problems entering the drive through gate. The second time a Sunday delivery was scheduled I was hopeful for a successful delivery. But wasn't surprised when the tracking info said "Undeliverable - No Access". At the time of either delivery I didn't think of calling to complain but I will in the future if Sunday delivery is still a problem. Another package I was expecting from an online purchase somehow got routed to the South Hill post office at 135th and Meridian. The tracking showed Undeliverable I don't know if delivery was actually attempted or that was entered because it was the wrong branch and they had to put something in. Finally it was sent on to the Sumner branch. Neither branch could explain how the mistake happened, whether it be a sorting error or some other mistake. Finally the package was delivered a couple days later than originally expected.

This Post Office is the worst run Post Office I have ever seen. To give you a ideal our carrier was fired for stealing mail and being a herion addict. The good employees transfer out immediately and I can’t blame them

14 people in line, 1 clerk to help for people picking up packages. No other clerk in sight. Absolutely awful customer service. This explains online orders.
