Absolute WORST post office ever. They simply don't deliver packages they deem too heavy or awkward - even though they accept them for delivery! And to add insult to injury, they mark packages Delivered, without actually delivering them

They have mis-scanned and or lost at least 5 of my packages in the past 6 months. They are of no help when you talk to them on the phone and keep saying its because they have employees who are not good at scanning items. I have called the national number and all they can do is force this branch to finally call me back rather than me having to call them every few days to ask for an update on my lost items. Never had this issue when I lived in 21210 with the Roland Park office. Also never have this issue with my post office at my work in Brooklyn, MD. If you can, have your packages delivered to a work address and avoid this post office like the plague. From now on all of my packages will be delivered to work to avoid this branch.

Worst post office in the universe. I could write a novel about how horrible this place is because literally every time I go there is a total nightmare. I cannot stress enough how unbelievably lazy and incompetent all of their employees are.

This is probably the worse experience at a post office in my entire lifetime. Horrible customer service experience with every individual in this location. Not only when my box was lost but every single time I'm there. If you don't like your job just leave as no one is pulling your strings to make you smile and be human.

Damaged and lost mail and no response from anyone ever. I tried to file cases online about my issues and the websites are down. I can never get a human on the phone that will actually help me or give me any information. I get my paycheck in the mail and due to damage, will not receive payment this week. Last month $50 worth of product went missing and it has yet to be resolved. Worst customer service experience ever. Going in person doesn't help. The employees seem to hate their jobs and all human beings.
