Rude staff who wear former staff’s name tags to avoid accountability, don’t know their own policies and regularly give out the wrong information. Mail consistently delivered to the wrong address.

Found out it's TRUE they DO NOT SCAN properly here. Also seems like it took an extra day or 2 to even ship out. I ship regularly and the 2 packages I had ready to go (with paid shipping labels) that I left on the counter with other packages, per an employees instructions when I got there, are both days behind schedule. No scan showed up until packages were in NC. STEER CLEAR, shaky service.

The manager who manages the Post Office, Sorting Office and the Carriers have gone out of their way to become poor managers. Unhelpful at dealing with issues their employees cause these people need to wake up and read the USPS mission statement. Poor management...

They lie about delivery attempts (I know because there is a front desk in my building, so there is no excuse for not delivering, especially on weekdays at noon). They do not even bother to leave a notice at the front door. Then they lose your package and blame the customer when you show up to inquire about the package. These are rude, unprofessional, and lazy people at their best, working for a poorly managed company. I wish that USPS, for once and for all, would stop claiming that they can deliver parcels, and just let UPS and FedEx do the job instead.
