No one answers any phone calls in this location. We were trying to reach any employee to set up a passport application appointment for minors. An appointment must be made and confirmed before showing up, however, how do I reserve an appointment if no one will answer any of my calls during working hours? I advise you to contact any other postal office  if you do not want to waste your time.

I have to give them 1 star or I can't post the review...this is a 0 star review!!! This could be the worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. They tried to delivery a package that needed a signature, so I signed the drop card and left it for the mail carrier...no delivery. So I emailed a complaint and got a prompt response...very excited....but wait....promised to deliver the package so that I could re-sign the delivery form...was home for 4 days straight (other reasons) and no package delivery. The phone number is NEVER answered..busy signal every single time I have tried to call. I have an unanswered email from every day since the first complaint (I try every day to get my package delivered). going on 10 days since first attempt and no resolution in sight.

I had a clerk who told me 2 options for mailing my package.  Both were higher than I expected.  I asked if there was a cheaper option and he thought I said that I wanted the cheaper option.  He rang it up and I asked how long it would take. When he said 5 to 7 days, I asked for the other one. He got angry,  ripped off the sticker and told me in a loud voice that I needed to pay better attention.  Meanwhile,  he was talking to the clerk next to him the whole time and was the one who misunderstood me!

I called several times to report a mailbox for which they are responsible (has their number on it) was unable to accept mail because something is jammed in the slot.  The mailbox has been unusable for several days, but whenever I call, there is no answer -- not even voice mail after 30 rings.  Why bother posting the number??

Went to this Post Office to get my photo taken for a passport renewal, which cost $10.  Two months later, I get a letter back from the US Passport Agency telling me the photo was taken incorrectly and can't be used.  This pisses me off because now I'm very close to my departure date and I have to pay the extra $60 for the expedited passport renewal service.  I go back to this same Post Office, explain my situation, and give them the letter from the Passport Agency which explains EXACTLY how to take the picture. The same older lady from before takes my picture again -- for free this time, thankfully -- but the photos came out WORSE than last time. Wtf? They were too zoomed out and crooked.  She read the letter right in front of me and still didn't follow the crystal clear, strict specifications stated in the letter.  I left and went to a local UPS store which seemed to know exactly what to do.  Their pictures came out perfect, even though I had to pay another $10 for them.

Avoid this place if you're getting pictures taken for legal documents.  The older lady who takes the photos barely knows how to use and hold a camera.  She needs to be retrained or replaced.  Because of her incompetence, she cost me $70 to fix her mistakes.
