The supervisor was extremely rude and unhelpful. We tried to pick up a package with my school ID I showed my ID to the old man, but he refused to give me the package because he told me that his son graduated from high school when he was 16. So that he think I am too young to get the package. Even though I bring the slip and a letter with my name on it. Then we tried to talk with another person who work in there, then the old man told us do you think he will give it to you if I say no? Then we ask for a solution how we can pick it up? He response us with all kinds of gibberish so we left. Never go ask him any question. He is not going to help you, and give your life more trouble.

My first time going to this post office and it'll definitely be my last. It was my first time mailing an international priority package so I was unsure of how to attach the customs form to the package. Rather than assist and provide guidance, the post office clerk rolled her eyes and didn't speak a word trying to put me on the spot for a good half minute. After finally handing me some scissors and giving curt instructions, she assumed the package was prepaid and took it and handed me a receipt, despite my insistence that postage still needed to be paid. I returned back in line knowing the package was improperly handled and yet again, the clerk with attitude replies, "what do you want?" I try to explain the situation and she continually insists that the form says "no postage necessary" when in fact that was not the case. I tell her to check the label again and it clearly says postage is necessary. Instead of apologizing for her mistake, she proceeds to tell me I should have just paid for it online with the form. If I was given that option online I would've done it already and avoided dealing with her from the start! She then questioned me and said, "well why didn't you bring this up earlier?" At that point I didn't even bother arguing. Last I checked, I wasn't the one working at the post office who's supposed to have knowledge on how to handle international packages and forms. In any case, the postage was finally correctly attached and I hope to never deal with her again. Good riddance.

Mail delivery way too slow. We didn't even get our mail yesterday and I keep calling the post office and their phone keeps ringing busy. Unacceptable!

Terrible, do not care attitude from the management. Waited for an hour in the post office to pick up a package that was held for pick up. I had a confirmation number and was told it was at this office for pick up. The supervisor had a severe lack of drive or urgency at all. He told me I did not request to have the package held. I told him I definitely did and showed him the confirmation number and communication to come and pick up. They should at least have a seat somewhere for an older gentleman like myself to sit and wait if you don't care to do your job. Finally he strolls out with my package with a pissed off attitude. No "sorry" for the hour wait, no thank you for using their horrible service. Hey buddy, I am the customer, YOU are the service provider. Maybe you need to google what service means. Do us all a favor and go find another job. Sadly, by the looks of all these negative reviews, no one cares to follow up. Why should they. Government waste.

Horrible place!!! I wish that I could give them one star! It took two weeks to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment to have my son's and my passport done. The phone was either busy or rang forever. When I was finally able to get someone on the phone I specifically told him that we were going to need pictures. Took off of work and pulled my son out of school and everything...when I got there they didn't even know that I had an appointment l! Red flag one. 10 mins after my appointment time someone call us and was very rude from the get go. When she asked about the pictures I told her that I told the person on the phone that I needed them there. She told me that their camera has been broken for a year! A whole year! Smh! And that there was nothing she could do about it! Of course..that's usually the line people use at these places. Then she proceeds on telling me that the last appointment of the day is at 2:30 if I wanted to go get the pics and come back...mind you it's already pass 2:10 by then! She called the supervisor for me to let him know the situation instead of actually doing the job that he's getting paid for he told me that I would have to come back because she has to go to lunch!!! Smfh these people are unbelievable! I'm still amazed that they still have a job!
