I called to check on a package I shipped to my daughter. I spoke to the rudest postal worker EVER, which is really saying something if you've ever had to deal with them. The woman I spoke to wouldn't even check to see if the package was in their facility. I asked to speak to a manager and she said SHE was the manager. Wow, that P.O. is in trouble if that's true. I reordered the item and made sure that it was sent directly to my daughter's house to bypass this post office. I hope I (and my daughter) never have to deal with them again.

Checked the state department website for passport accepting locations, and this was listed as the top result nearesource me. When I showed up, I was told "I don't care what the website says, we don't do passports here".

Don't expect a pleasant experience. Rude passive aggressive cry bullies with chips on their shoulders work there. Total unprofessional scum who actually complain about having to work when they are helping you. The place has a third world country vibe to it overall.
