Bad service. I called the delivery office 10times in two days. They only answered me once. And I lost a package from France. It didn't have updated after it reached to this usps. Maybe somebody is stealing the package.

An abomination. This is the worst postal facility that ever existed. This is the second time a valuable package has been lost once the tracking shows it is handled by this facility. Previously, it took over a month for my package to show up at their facility only for me to be forced to pick up the package rather than it being delivered proper. The employees including the manager are rude disrespectful, and dismissive. They lie and say they don't have mail pieces when it turns out an amount of time later that they had it all along. This post office and their workers are completely unprofessional in their dishonesty. Completely unacceptable for a government funded organization and they should be held accountable. Update ** being "returned to sender" Reason? Apparently, I refused it. A likely story...

I wish I could give -5 stars. Worst post office I have ever been 2. Horrible rude useless staff. They seem bother to b working they get mad when u ask questions. They have miss places 2 of my packages. This is why the postal service it's broke because they don't know what costumer service is. They favorite word it's no. One time they have my package the whole time n keep saying they didn't. They didn't bother to look for it in till I got the main office in DC involve. They found it right away. How does a post office doesn't have drop off packages service They make u wait in line they have spots for 4 agents but you would never find more than 2 working.

Gave them a valid Andress they still did not deliver my items on time they said if I did not recieved mail there on a often then they won't deliver it smh so sad and poor customer service
