This is NOT a post office. It is basically a distribution center. If you need to send a letter or package, or do any other post office-related thing, find a branch that just says "post office". Don't make my mistake and drive around the building for 15 min trying to find an entrance. SMH

called about a misplaced package, was told to expect a call back later that day after they investigate. called back next day after no call received the day before and was given the run around before i was told it was at my rental office which was not the case and tracking even said "in mailbox"

bad customer service.hold me on line for 15 min and at the end, cant even provide me the info that i need.

I called this annex around 1130 am on 29 August 2015, looking for my hold mail. It was suppose to be delivered on 29 August 2015. It wasn't delivered. The gentleman keep me on hold for at least 20 mins while he went to look for my mail. The phone call timed out and the call went dead. I didn't call back, because I would get the same treatment. This is the second time my mail hasn't been delivered coming off vacation. So, there seems to be a lack of professionalism and communications on the part of the post office. Their customer service is so terrible. They put me on hold and hang up on me or take forever to put me back on the phone.
