Zero stars if I could. This post office should just be closed if they can't perform even the most basic of tasks. I've had at least 6 packages stolen or literally missing for 2 months -- and this was with tracked packages. Both my husband and I have been told one thing (you have to use X envelope or X label) after standing in a long line, then done what they told us to, only to find out that the changed packaging was irrelevant. HOURS this takes, without fail, and the directions they give are completely inconsistent. But it's this way no matter what kind of transaction. And my goodness they are rude and painfully slow. Do not even THINK about going there for a passport. Despite making an appt, the person was not there. When I rescheduled, the person was there, but clearly untrained as they could not operate the camera and processed the documents incorrectly.

The service was horribly slow. There was only one woman at the counter and she seemed more interested in helping customers who came in the door with complicated rather than the customer in front of her. There really needs to be more than one person working at a time at this location

I did online shopping from one of the Hongkong apps stores, I had tracking # and info that the package was delivered last Monday October 31,2016 at my mailbox which commonly goes to the apartment's office because my mailbox can only accommodate mail envelopes. My package was nowhere to be found in our office, I went to the usps 20902 because 20903 is not accessible to the public, they pulled out and printed the tracking record including the one who scanned and delivered my item; I came back to the apartment and my item was still missing, I was then instructed to call 20903 usps. I spoke to the supervisor on November 3 who happens to know nothing, can't even pull out the tracking record, and my item was received in their office before they delivered to I don't know where.
So in conclusion, these people can steal your package and enter delivered in the system then pretend they don't know what happened 😡😡😡
So sad that this is happening here in America😡
