Was a typical postal office setup, clean and tidy. Went there to ship a flat rate box and was helped by an employee named Jennifer, very nice lady, I had told her I wanted to add signature required and she told me they needed to do that on the self service. Instead of just pushing me to the machine, like most employees would do, she decided to help me and did the setup for me. Added the signature and also helped add insurance for the package. Overall a really nice person and a great example of a good postal employee. Thanks Jennifer.

They don't deserve any stars... they should be negative 5 stars!!!! This post office is the worse post office EVER!!!! They need to be shut down immediately or everyone in the office should be fired and get new employees in. I on countless occasions have tried to resolve the many problems I've had. My mail and packages have been either lost or sent back to sender, for NO reason. My address is ALWAYS correct and they never know why my mail is missing or sent back. Getting in contact with the Postmaster is close to impossible and the only person that sounds like they have sense is Sheila. Other than that the mail carrier is incompetent as well as all the other post office employees. My mother sent some admission tickets and a money order in Feb, that still hasn't made it to me since the beginning of February and we had to cancel them out an go through voiding them and retrieving new ones. When my mom tracked the package last it was in their possession while out for delivery, and never made it to me. My mom then tracked it again and it stated it was now "lost" ??? with no explanation. They did leave my mom with valuable information about how things operate, which is; though you track a package and it states "out for delivery" it does NOT actually mean it is truly out for delivery, also when you pay the extra cost for priority, you're basically wasting your money because it still goes out with REGUALAR mail and it is in fact NOT PRIORIY... it was amazing and shocking to know that they are swindling their clients. If this is indeed true, they need to be reported for lying to us about how the post office operates... I am still waiting for my Target Red card that has been sent out three times since January of this year... It has gotten to the point where when my mail is sent back the sender will call and verify my address and unit number and everything is correct but still, the mail is not getting to me... DO NOT TRUST your mail with this post office!!!! they are rated @ 1.9 for a very valid reason... and the Postmaster should be doing something about it! My next resort is reporting them because it is not a good feeling to know that your mail is being tampered with and/or not coming to you. Another thing calling their number is a nightmare all it does is ring and nobody returns calls when they are suppose to ... I will be reporting them and I will not let this go until I can actually trust this post office and I don't ever feel that happening unless they are all replaced with those who actually know how to work the postal service......... UPDATE 03/10/2017 a year later nothing as changed mail has been stolen, during Christmas, a package with my son's gifts never made it to me.. other packages were opened, mail was opened... and still it is impossible to get a hold of the postmaster....Definitely getting a P.O Box else where.

I quite enjoy this post office. The lobby opens at 0600 which is great because they have an AUTOMATED postal kiosk that handles nearly every job you would need a postal worker for (within reason, of course). Never had to deal with the staff as a result.

This postal station employ delivery people in the 92801 area code, and they can't seem to put the mail in the correct mail box. Also, they can't seem to use the correct postal forms when informing their customers that a package is waiting for them. They gave me a notice that my package was waiting for me in a nearby city. The employees behind the counter at this station are as bad as the delivery personnel. Total fail. Of course they can't be fired. Pretty frustrating being a taxpayer and knowing the level of service you're going to get.

Keith at the this location is a joke sorry mate Don't tell me that you can't check my tracking cause you don't have access to a computer it's not 1945 I know you have a computer that you have access to its key to your job. Just like police our tax dollars pay you but you don't act like you are a public servant. I'll be calling the 1800 number as well against this USPS My package sits at your facility for 3 days but then you wanna get an attitude with me for asking you to do your job?
