Mail held at post office because supposedly my box was full, and no notice on my door or in my box. TIME SENSITIVE MAIL WEEKS LATE! DO YOUR JOB RIGHT. 

They continued to hold my mail and even sent it back, supposedly I moved according to them and without my consent. 

Manager and carrier didn't own up to their mistake. Beware.

Called to ask about making an appointment for a passport and he said we dont do same day appointments to which I responded Okay, so when is your next available appointment and he quickly hung up the phone. This place is horrible everytime I have been inside they have the worst customer service and now to be hung up on? Im done Id rather drive further from home to get decent service. You need an entirely new staff.

No matter what I do and how I plead to NOT LEAVE PKGS IN FRONT OF MY DOOR,IT STILL HAPPENS!!!!! The sidewalk in front of my door leads out to a driveway.. Very easy to steal a PKG. And the apt.complec where I live now has lockboxes for oversized mail. So there's NO reason to ever leave a package anywhere else. Very frustrating...😦😣
