It's the post office. This time, they have the collection bin for packages locked, so that you can't put a package in for mailing. Have to come back and stand in line to do it on a workday. Just because they're worried it might be too convenient.

May 7, 2016, about 8:30 AM. I walked in the office while there were two people ahead of me. An old lady was handling their shipments warmly and efficiently. Everything looks fine. The two customers left very soon and the lady seemed busy with some clean up, so I waited in the line for some minutes. 
Later another guest came in, the lady gave up cleaning and called next, I went to the counter, there's no greeting. She asked me to close package use their tape, so I picked a half used one on the tape box, she then charged me $3.45 for the tape. I told her "this one is not sealed and half used", she acted as if hearing nothing but said:"You must pay for it, this is not free."
OK, I really don't care 3 or 4 dollars. But what happened then was, after I offered address, she directly asked me to pay for the shipment -- without asking what kind of speed I would like, without asking if I need insurance, without asking if my package has any liquids etc...She asked me to pay for the shipment and that's it! Fine, so I asked "Alright, so what's the tracking number?" Per my previous experience (in MA), they would cycle it out for convenience, but she replied,"It's on your receipt."  Before I asked her any other question she turn into a smiling face in a sudden and said to next person, "Good morning!" .
When I went home read my receipt I found there's NO tracking number....
I don't want to be mean but I cannot help thinking she must be deeply hurt by some Asians before, otherwise she won't treat others like human being and treat me like a fly.

2/13/16: I have tried non-stop dailing for 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach someone and no one has ever answered the phone.  A package I was expecting was delivered and signed for, 2 days ago and I still haven't received any notice that it has arrived.  Tried to find out today where the package was before I started calling, but there were 10 people in line and only one person working the desk.  Now there is a Holiday on Monday, so I won't get my package then either!  What is up with this place?  Poor, poor service!!
