If you need assistance, don't bother calling.... They don't answer the phone... EVER!!!! They don't even have a voicemail or message system. Just rings and no one ever picks up. Very frustrating!

I have repeatedly not gotten very important mail, aka, bills meanwhile receiving mail for other addresses. Today was the absolute last straw when a package was not delivered with a note left saying they couldn’t deliver because the dog was in the yard at 10am. That’s a lie! My kids were at school and my husband and I were at work. So our dog - locked in his room - not outside. So unless someone else’s dog was strolling through our yard, not my problem. I’m sick of this!

This place SUCKS, and the only reason it's getting one star from me is because it forces you to pick at least one. I have never in my life had to deal with such miserable human beings that hate their lives as much as the employees at the Johnston Post Office. I would rather spend the entire day at the DMV than ever have to deal with them again. A very important packege of mine is lost and that is somehow MY fault. I was given nothing but attitude and the run around, after waiting on hold numerous times I was continuously hung up on. YOU GUYS NEED TO DO SOME RETRAINING ON CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Where is my package it says out for delivery and your driver is still no were to be found. It's 8pm and when I called before you close the rude "custumer service rep" rudly told me there still on the road. Must be paying these guys out the a** if he's still working this late.

It's the post office. This time, they have the collection bin for packages locked, so that you can't put a package in for mailing. Have to come back and stand in line to do it on a workday. Just because they're worried it might be too convenient.
