My package was stolen off my porch over the weekend so I went to the PO to solve it. JIM was there to "help" me but once I told him my problem he rolled his eyes and said "you'll have to help her" as he threw me to the wolf(a very rude lady who works there who didn't have a name badge on). They were very rude and I feel as if I'd be better solving my problem without their help. I know this review doesn't mean anything because who truly cares about a review when you work at the PO. But when you have government workers who hate their job more than they hate them selves this is the only way to get a point across. Oh our carrier really sucks too but what postal carrier around here doesn't...

I have literally called the West Tulsa Post Office 3 times a day, for a week straight and let the phone ring until it disconnected. I have never in my life seen a service as bad as that. I've been in the Post Office and see the phone right next to the main desk. What do they do, just let it ring off the hook, and ignore it? Talk about lazy! Wow!

I've found this branch to be very helpful. Had a hold on my mail and when didn't resume as soon as I'd expected, Branch Postmaster actually CALLED ME to see about fixing the problem. Very satisfied.

Literally The worst Post office/Delivery in Tulsa Maybe Even the US, They can never seem to deliver my packages saying the Site is not accessible, My theory is they are too lazy to get out of their vehicle and place the item by the mail box. I will Never use them for anything Ever again.  They are not even worth one star But have to put a star to post. Awaiting a call on my lastest package to see the reason as to why they cannot deliver my packages EVER.
