A little slow at times but the clerks have been there a long time and are very friendly I am updating this post. I'm here at 4pm and am the 8th person in line just to pick up mail. There is 1 person at the counter and no one in the back will come up and help.

This place is absolutely horrible! Nobody is ever held accountable for the horrible service they give nor the incompetence they display. Good ole Northside service at its best! SMDH

Never answer phones...line stay busy..Go into the post office for help and assistance....still no answer...so sad.

Slowest customer service I've ever received. Every time I come here there's one CSR even at peak time. Very sad. The ladies that work there are nice sometimes.
