So tired of them saying they delivered mail and not ever seeing it. This is getting so old with this post office. 11 years of them mis delivering our mail. When are they ever gonna fix this issue.. and they act like your the bad guy when you call them to ask..

Wait times and lines should be expected. My issue is the customer service from the staff. I've been dealing with this post office for 15 years and I can go to any other post office in the city and be treated better. I will generally try to avoid this one, but since it is the hub for Spokane Valley I find myself needing to go occasionally.

The slowest Post Office I have ever been to in my entire life. And that is saying something considering I have lived in half the states in US throughout my life.

Employees generally seem to not care (not all there's one or two nice people, which deserves to be recognized). It seems like they are always rude to me or others when I come in. On top of it I swear that every time I order a package their website says it's ready to be delivered and it is always delayed when I live excruciatingly close to the post office.... So how is it that I have a package that says it's expected today, has been in Spokane for 2 days now, and still no sign of it? No wonder people want post office jobs so bad it seems like they get paid a lot for nothing and have the audacity to be disrespectful to their customers as well. Well I would really appreciate my package when you guys can find the time to get it from airway Heights to the Valley, I've heard that's a really long journey for a tiny parcel....

The phone is always off the hook. One can call at all hours during business hours and never always get a busy signal. Also, we waited 5 days for a parcel which through tracking info. told us it had been checked in at the post office. Finally, my husband went to the post office with the evidence we had and was told there was no such parcel there. The parcel was delivered to us the next day.
