Horrible experience mulitipul times. Service reps can't read changes zip codes and fail to do their jobs thoroughly. The entire postal system fails to scan packages .. Computer system is lacking, text messaging is lacking. If anyone else was to treat and fail to do their jobs properly like this government place does, we would lose our jobs. Will never us USPS ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN. YOU GUYS EVER WONDER WHY YOU GET YELLED AT. Deal with yourselves always pointing fingers back at the customer, when lost packages and fail to scan to updated statuses clearly fall on the entire USPS system.

Do they run on a house phone? No business should give a 'busy' signal when you call, at least put me on hold. Website wouldn't recognize my old address for change of address request. 'Tech assistance' was zero help, told me I should go in and get a slip which was not an option.

I don't know about the actual post office, but my route person seems to be on the lazy side. I continue to get mail that is addressed to people who lived here before me, even though I've left several notes stating my name only. I left a note in my box stating that I had a package I'd like to give to him, (wouldn't fit in my box). He knocked at the door, left another package and didn't wait to pick up my box. Just knocked and left. I've not had a postman be this lazy or unconcerned.
