I have observed on a number of occasions a long line and a sole postal representative. The even with long lines, tax season, Christmas holidays, the lone rep continues to be courteous, patient and efficient. Mountain Run probably needs more postal help but their high level of courtesy is impressive.

They have been nothing but professional. Helped me through a difficult return. Didn't complain about my lack of information, just helped me put it all together. Even the line wasn't too long. Convenient.

you lost my package and have been ignoring me when i ask wher eit is. You dont even know how to answer the phone. You are a disgrace and I absolutley hate your service. You lost an entire package that was worth $50. Idk about you but that is a lot of money to lose to me and you say theres nothing you can do about it. Learn how to do your job right. You never scanned my package through the system and it's probably still sitting in your facility.

Today, the Friday before Christmas I walked in at a few minutes after one and the guy had already locked the gate and said they were closed from 1:15 to 2:15. I pointed out that it was not 1:15 and he said too bad you have to go to another post office or come back after lunch.

If I can give zero stars, I would. Don't, please just DON'T, come to this location. Even if it means it's closest to your home, or that you'd have to drive an extra 5 mins to the next post office. Been here a few times, and each and every single time was greeted by lazy, unprofessional, sarcastic worker, who'd rather sit and stare at the wall instead of doing their job. The latest episode involved dropping pre-paid packages off. I walked in and told the guy (who was sitting there starring at the wall), that I'd like to drop the packages off. The agents at all other locations would scan my label and give me a receipt so I have proof that the package was accepted. When I asked for the receipt, the guy asked me "You said you are just dropping off". So? Then he went on to tell me how I don't need a receipt, and that the receipt doesn't prove the package was accepted, EVEN THOUGH it clearly listed "pre-paid packages acceptance" with the tracking number. The guy was complaining about having to scan and print the whole 10 seconds it took him to do the job. And after thanking him for his work, he scoffed at me as I turned to walk away. What kind of attitude is that? There seriously are people who hate their job so much that their mission is to be rude to people. He needs to be thankful that he has a job in this economy.
