I am at this location almost every day to ship out packages . I have an online store so I am there alot. Everyone there is awesome EXCEPT A LADIE NAMED LIZ! I literally dred seeing her. She is very rude every time she helps me. I am going out of my way to warn other people about this ladie, because today I accidentally forgot an address on one of my packages and she was incredibly rude and said some of the rudest remarks I have ever heard. She should NOT be in the front if she has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. If it wasnt for her this would be a 5 star location . Oni I believe the manager is great and the other workers as well. Im tired of being treated like junk from this ladie. I hope this will help others .

Did a "RETURN TO SENDER" from the Eubank/Candleria location, which was supposed to go to New Jersey. The package was sent to the main ABQ post office for distrubution, and then somehow it was sent over to the Haines/Juan Tabo post office. It never made it to New Jersey, or even back to my house!  It dissapeard into thin air after it was sent and tracked to the Haines post office, which was the last place it was delivered. That was an $85 refund I was supposed to get through the return. I hope somebody enjoyed what was inside. Thanks.

Every time I have contacted this post office the staff has been super helpful. I am a first-time passport applicant. They have answered all my questions very professionally and knowledgeably. I will update this post if any thing changes once I go in but so far its been a great experience.

Delivered my mail while a mail hold was active, which was then stolen. The manager I spoke with wasn't helpful and didn't seem to care, even though she admitted USPS was in error and shouldn't have delivered the mail due to the hold. I was promised a follow up, but never heard anything.
