I saw negative reviews so thought I would add my two cents.  I have lived in Pasadena for more than 30 years.  The post office in Pasadena is excellent.  The staff is efficient and friendly.  The inside is neat and clean.  Mail is delivered to my house efficiently.   I am heading there today to mail some eclipse glasses to my son who lives on the other side of the country and it will cost me $5.  What a deal.  No complaints from me.  Rain, sleet, or snow...

Today marks the second time that I've been expecting a package from them. I've been home all day. No one attempted to deliver the package. No door tag was left. If I could change my regular mail to come through FedEx or UPS, I would. Clearly the USPS is too old of a system to keep up and needs to be done away with. This office is proof of that.
