Being downtown,  it's $2 to park ( w/ led screen pay in the impossibly bright sun?)  and always a line, but very accurate and friendly service

The staff was very friendly and they asked the correct questions. It was a pleasant encounter.

Always a line, they often only have ONE PERSON working there, understaffed, get ready to waste your day there. The only reason USPS can exist is because of their constitutionally granted monopoly on small mail. USPS is always the worst, pens don't work, they do not give priority to pre-paid customers, it's a mess. The line was so long it went OUTSIDE their office and back into the PMB area.

Okay - here's the real. I use this post office all the time. The company I work for also uses this post office all the time. (As in daily.) I've never had any issues with my mail going missing. The two employees I've encountered (multiple times) are both very friendly, and very helpful. 

HOWEVER. there are only 2 employees! Sometimes only 1 is there at a time. This is obviously NOT the employees fault, but holy shiz do the lines get LONG. and then you have people coming in who don't know what they want/need, so the line is out the door because there isn't enough employees. They're doing their best, but they need to get some more people working here.
