I been hated this place! They're incompetent. Everyone there is! They hold your mail without telling you. And when you specify that you want your mail held they deliver it! That is so backwards!!! Also they don't put the necessary labels on mail that needs to be sent to the new mailbox! If I didn't have my old keys I would have never been able to receive my child's check or other important mail! This post office and the entire staff is just ridiculous!

All of the post office in this city, and I am stuck with this one which is completely outside of my local community.  I swear there is another station on the same cross street as my residence, yet I must find my way around the airport.  In addition, they stopped my mail without any notice of any kind.  Anytime you call or visit, they are short staffed and I won't even start with delivery!  One of the many cases where I didn't receive a package, was actually met with a representative accusing my children of misplacing it.

very ho hum i dont want to be here customer service is usps that bad of a place to work for ? i put in a request for a maiilbox key 18 days later still no key no answers no mail .informed the clerk she says another 5 days .originally it was suppose to be 5 days ,so i called the office and their phone rings and rings then automatically hangs up on me so frustrating !!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst post office in the whole world..i swear! Rude workers,  and when u try to call no one will answer, very very poor service!

I came here last week and looking for undelivered packages. Toy helped me and she found those packages. Thank you so much you're very helpful.
