Have had repeat issues with receiving packages with this post office. The women in the office were helpful in explaining the reasons. I wish that the process wasn't so complicated. How come certain packages just can't be delivered to my door?

Update: I am still experiencing issues with receiving packages. The postman don't even leave a notice in my mailbox. This has happened multiple times. And I am convinced that there is no real reason why I can't get packages to my door.

Level of busyness seems to be hit or miss. The staff are always very friendly and helpful, there’s usually an employee who can help you if you’re just buying stamps, and are using a debit/credit card you don’t have to wait in line.

My only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is the small package drop off box. I wish they had a self-serve kiosk and a larger drop off, I don’t want to wait in line to drop off a package.

It seems like most of the mail is delayed for one reason or another. Our daughter is always having getting packages for one reason or another. Is the USPS trying to get everyone to use FedEx or UPS or pay all our bills on line? Just  reading the reviews makes me think that you really don't care how poorly the service is or the postal union refuses to discipline their workers because of poor job performance.

Honestly if I can give a zero star I would. This is by far the worst postal office I have experienced in my 23 years of existence. My family and I moved here at sahara and nellis 3 months ago and since our first day it has been nothing but a problem from this office. We always miss our packages from here which we’ve never experienced from our old apt and when I call the office to ask i was told that they don’t deliver here for safety reasons that’s why I have been wondering why I never ever get my packages and I don’t ever hear a knock from the door when I waited many times & wondered why I missed it cause they don’t bother to come thru ours & neighbors door at all, they just leave a note by the mailbox. So then I asked why do deliveries arrives to this post office when this is farther from where we live about 55 mins walking distance & 10 mins driving while we have one that only takes about 10 mins walking & 4 mins when driving that’s why I had to ask & their reason was that their office has the same postal code as ours which I find weird and 2nd thing that pisses me off is every d*mn time I went online to schedule Redelivey even given 2 days it still don’t work even if you had given a consent to live by the front door they still won’t deliver to your door which is B*llsh*t. They don’t deliver and their online service don’t work and when you call them they take a long time to answer which is why I rated this poorly. This is plain stupid and I hope they will understand the reason why people order online is to save time, transportation bus money/gas & to skip the line that’s why this office is the worst & we have to pick our package every d*mn time which is the same as going to the store RIDICULOUS!!! 🤬

Mailman is very rude he wold leave mail out side the window would not wait for someone to get mail No matter how the weather is. My mail flew away couple times It might get stolen. I complain for him in post office the supervisor said he is suppose to wait  still he has same attitude  he would waste his time to argue about he is not supposed to wait instead of handover the mail.  I would like my post office to change mailman or ask him to change his attitude if he does not want to do his job properly what the post office is paying for?. I was very satisfied with my previous mailman.
