I placed important  mail out today for pickup...they didnt even touch it....the mail comes damn near after 5 now...they held a check of mine so long it had to be re delivered....this service sucks.

cannot access to have new key for mailbox , disabled senior,  phone numbers are not in service very disturbing.  site for po has bad customer service, they ignore disables at window need a tel no that I can access

The service at this Post Office is deplorable!! The clerks as as slow as you  could imagine. I have been calling the number to get an appointment for a pass port for nearly a month. They never answer the phone/ I am blind, so I'll have to make a trip to see whats going on. Any other business establishment would wholesale fire everyone of these inept clowns but no not the government.Long live UPS!!!

They return my mail to sender and I get notices from clients they can't reach me. Causes major problems. I'm going to contact D.C.  I always end up with other peoples mail. They told me they will only hold mail, "one time only,"which is not the way the postal service should work. When you try and call there your on hold 40 to 50 min. every time, what's with that.  Their on line service sucks, nothing works on line. Where and how is there a  customer service.  Some one said "their just lazy."  Unhappy camper!
