First time here, service was awesome. Even though  it's further from my house it's worth it because there work hours are until 9pm when most other ones are closed. All the ladies working there where very attentive through out the place made sure everyone was helped. They even helped me save money with giving the best option of packaging.

"Absolutely ridiculous how rude the employees and supervisors are in this place!!" The package sat at the airport for 10 and half hours before gettting to the post office. I ask them to hold for pick up for the next day in the morning.They ask for my information which I gave my name, address, and phone number with tracking number. I never got an phone call from them. They said that "we will call you" but never did. They  still sent the package to the post office in my area. I tried to called that post office which of course I could not get hold of. I call 1 800 number for tracking the package. The automatic voice said that they are busy and will call me back in an hour. Of course it was not real person talk to. I am still waiting for the package to arrive to my house.

If half stars were a thing then I would rate it two and a half stars. Not very fast, not very friendly. When you ask the people there a question they look and sound frustrated as if they aren't being paid to be there. And as with any government agency, it's over priced. The tax payers already pay for all of that equipment and salary, so you would think they wouldn't charge you $3 for a stamped envelope. The positives are that it was clean with a good location and the hours are convenient. Open early and closes late.

They used to be good here but I recently had a very bad experience.  Was waiting in line behind 30 people and while one teller helped everyone.  When I finally got to the front of the line, the only teller there went on lunch for 30 minutes and didn't tell anyone leaving me and another 30 people helplessly waiting in line. It was awful!

I had a really really bad experience. I was flying back to Miami from Vegas and I had too many items to carry back with me so... I figured I can send back my items home. I did not receive half of what I sent. they have not found my items and I'm very depressed because a lot of the stuff was very sentimental and they have refused to reimburse me or even produce my materials that have been lost I am furious because the people at his place will not even answer the phone
