Fast and efficient service! This is the office I use a lot. Today I came here at pick hours right after the holidays, the line was long but it moved really fast. 
A little complicated to find. It's behind the gas station on St. Rose. It has able parking. They had a person handling priority mail on the side ....so it made it easier. USPS thanks!

Well, I have a higher opinion than most about this post office. Yeah it can get packed and yes it can move slow but people are working and getting the job done. If a manager is on duty and up front they'll make sure people are getting the job done. I've seen a employee try to take a break while the line was almost out the door and the manager on duty nipped that right in the bud. Told him "No you're not."  I've been to far worse locations than this. Ive had nothing but decent experiences with this location. No not great but fair.

Package from Amazon Prime was a few days late. I could track and see it was at Seven Hills Post Office. Called Post Office. Told to not be IMPATIENT, just bc I ordered Prime and they gave me a delivery date didnt mean the post office had to follow Amazons schedule. Said rudely to me. Okay... called a few days later..after box sitting in their post office a week. Tried calling. Was on hold 40 minutes. Drove to post office while on hold..  at Post office woman was rude when telling me i was in wrong long line...go to other long line. THEN WAS TOLD BOX (my sons Christmas gift) was RETURNED TO AMAZON DUE TO INCOMPLETE ADDRESS??!! And since nobody had claimed it they sent it back??!!! BITE ME, USPS SEVEN HILLS. I HATE YOU SO MUCH.
Btw don't try calling this post office if you don't want to be on hold minimum 30 minutes and probably disconnected if the person who answers.. or doesn't answer.. can't be bothered to help you.

I wanted to pickup mail but the window was closed, no response to the call bell. After 10 minutes passed I moved to the counter line to get service. Another 15 minutes to get to the counter and agent told me to go to mail pickup window. I responded that nobody was at the window. The counter agents saw me previously waiting there. Instead of helping by even calling for someone to man the window, the agent continued to repeat to me that mail pickup needed to be at the window like she was a robot and I was ignorant. 
This post has always been terrible with customer service and I only use it for essentials.

The ONLY problem that I have with this PO is when I schedule a pickup, and the carrier doesn't show up, but I understand that its not the carrier's fault, and when these problems do happen, it is corrected, which I appreciate!
