My mailman took it upon himself to "RETURN TO SENDER" MY DISABIKTY CHECK that i gave been receiving at tge same address for 8 months. It took a month to get a replacement check only to have it missing again!!!! I spoke to a female supervisor the 1st time who was rude and i have called 2 times this time with no answers My short term disabilty does not offer direct deposit. I now find myself in a really bad situation, a PICC LINE in my arm for daily antibiotic infusions and no money to pay rent bevause my checks are MISSING???!?!?!?!

I was standing in line here writing the address on my letter and they just closed the doors on me while I was waiting... Absolutely ludicrous! Extremely rude I have never been treated that way. Go to a different post office. Who closes the door on someone waiting in line without even letting someone know?? I know it was closing time but at least say something Jesus Christ! And when I asked them about it several times they ignored me. Rude and uncalled for. They should be ashamed.

If I could give 0 I would open at 9 they were in back counting drawers til after 9:15 poor service and poor way to run business

There are two main people I've interacted with at the counter. One is an African American gentleman who is very nice and helpful. The other is an older Asian lady. She is very unfriendly, and looking at the reviews here it seems like many people have had this experience. We tried to ship a package with her, left because she was telling us it would be like $20 when it should have been about $6.
