A genuinely service-oriented facility where I've repeatedly had rapid good service, and surprisingly even during the recent Christmas holiday period! They have a booth for an employee who is set up to expedite faster service during their busiest times, but it's never even needed to be manned when I've been there. Every visit there, I've been impressed by the professionalism of the employees. It's also easy to get there by by bus!

Easy to use, great customer service. Went at an odd time, but an employee helped me out even faster than a self service kiosk is. Was in and out in less than two minutes to mail a small priority mail package.

Terrible service. Mail carrier keeps delivering to the wrong address and they will not take responsibility for the lost packages. Mail carrier destroyed a box, recently, and they will not cover it. Terrible company, but there is nothing you can do about it. They get to screw everyone over and have no accountability.

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! EVERYTHING I HAVE MAILED TO ME IS DESTROYED! THEY ARE HATEFUL SPITEFUL PEOPLE CUS THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB, THEY SHOULD ALL BE FIRED. THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLES PERSON BELONGINGS. I WISH I COULD BE THE MAILMAN FOR THEIR HOUSES.

I moved to this area in 2000 and have been using this P.O. since.  They are very friendly and knowledgeable and have on a few occasions gone way above and beyond their duties.  I even forgot my receipt for something and they mailed it to my home.  Keep up the good work!
