Terrible customer service . ALWAYS getting my items broken . Lady was very rude to my mother and threw the package to her when she gave me a broken key to open the bigger mail box .

I go 2-4 times a week. Everyone's always nice. For those who don't know, this Post Office is inside a 7-11.

The lady receiving the packages and helping people is so rude, has TERRIBLE customer service skills and is NEVER in a good mood to do her job correctly. I go almost every day to drop off packages ready to go, and even that annoys her so much. They really need someone else there.
