I am giving 5 star because my experienced in this post office has always been good. Yes, there will be times that the lines are long but there will also be times that there will be no lines at all. There is usually 2 to 3 staff by the counter. I believe it will depend on the weekday and the time of your visit. I frequent to this post office and I have never encountered problems. Personally, I use the online Click N Ship and drop off packages with no hassle. However, if I have to speak to their customer service agent or utilize the over the counter services, I have had no issues.

Mail is never delivered properly. I get my neighbors mail. They get mine. The packages are always damaged. I have called to complain 3 times when a package is said to be delivered and it wasn't their and the mailman lied and said he left a package notice on my door (I have motion activated security cameras...) He was never their, no package. Had to go to the post office to get and then have them tell me they didn't have it. Get a call 3 days later that if I don't pick up the package it's being sent back... and now they won't deliver my boyfriend's package because it didn't go to his business address instead of his home address... just called 3 times and it rings and rings and rings then a busy signal. The mail drop off his also always broken and we ship out about 10 packages a week from our EBAY store. Frustrated is an understatement I would rather go the the Jones location but they arent "in our jurisdiction"

The only reason I even gave thus place one star was so I could write a review. This location is terrible the lines are long, the staff members are rude and they lack in customer service. I would rather drive across town to a different store then use the convenience of this store being close to where I live.

I would say it depends on which staff member you get. Ive had to deal with some major issues there and I use this location frequently. The supervisor, manager, and staff are average. There are team members who've been on the job too long and others long enough and haven't yet soured with the job. I see clerks I don't want to even approach and others I pray I get. Originally I gave it two stars and thought of those who go above and beyond. I had to bump it up to 3 stars.

Used this location my whole life and now mid 30s...self service is great quick easy ans gone...having to deal with staff sucks. 80% of the time they take their sweet asd time doing/grabbing what you need.. They really dont like being asked questions....
