I have been waiting for a key that opens a locker parcel for almost three whole days and i keep being told "someone will drive by to leave a key and if not to call". I have kept calling and even gone straight to the post office and i STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED A DAMN KEY TO GET TO MY MAIL in the locker parcel. And now i have to wait for a supervisor to call??? Why not just bring the KEY like you said you would the first time i called!

The staff are great and very hard working but there are some negatives. This morning I needed to pick up a package and arrived during their posted package-pickup hours but they had turned off the buzzer next to the door and would not answer a loud knock. I could hear many workers but they've done this before. Posting a sign that pickups aren't available would be good although they really should not decline providing that service. Also there were 3 people (likely homeless) sleeping on the floor in front of the p.o. boxes. I could get to my box without disturbing them but many other customers would not have been able to. Hard to believe none of the people working there were aware of that as the sleepers had all their possessions scattered all over the place...

Very nice staff, people that rated this place 1's don't realize how the real world works. If they have the staff they open up every register possible, even manager takes care of people just picking up packages. Great place!!

I like the self service kiosk in the lobby. Quick and easy. No lines for the kiosk. Otherwise, be prepared to wait in a long line especially during holidays.
