I go there often and everyone is very nice.  Honestly I never have had to wait long even with a hefty line.  One gentleman even took a few minutes, during a busy time, to help me, offered some great suggestions for my new business.  Thank you!

Worst customer service. I was waiting for a package and the tracking information showed that it was delivered and refused. I contacted USPS online to inform them I did not receive or refuse the package. When they called to discuss it, they insisted that it was not their mistake and that I had refused it or the system wouldn't say so. I tried to explain that I was the only person at my residence and had been anxiously awaiting this package, it was not received it refused. They were so incredibly rude and said the package would be returned to sender. I asked that they deliver it correctly to me. The man stated that it was already out of the area. Now, 5 days later, I see an update that it was just processed to be returned to sender and is still at my post office. This is not the first time this office has lost an item or document. Their postal carrier has also backed into our vehicle and denied it, even though there were several witnesses. 
They are terrible to deal with, the customer is always wrong with them.

Actually went on tax day at about 4:30pm (just prior to closing). Yes there was a long line, but all 3 lanes were open and people were being served fast and efficiently. My clerk was great! Friendly, polite, and gave me the options to mail my tax returns and track them with no muss or fuss! Unusually good and refreshing experience!

This post office and its staff are the textbook example for why our nation's postal service has generated revenue losses on a yearly basis. What a horribly managed, rude and apathetic group of people. From multiple package deliveries gone wrong, lost mail and about a dozen rude interactions in person - I've never had a worse experience with a government agency. I don't post reviews often, but these folks earned their 1 star. Good luck if you're in their service area...
