I thought this post office was closed when I first moved here because of how unkempt it is, oh my. The 'business hours' stickers removed from the door sure do add to the abandonment look! No fear, they are fully operational leaving customers with lost packages, late-night/after-hours mail delivery, & failed tracking status updates!

I had two packages scheduled to be delivered on the same day. Both were eBay purchases. Neither were signature required, they left one and the other - they chose for some reason chose to take it back to the post office for me to pickup. USPS customer service needs to be more accessible. This is annoying. Second package in under 2 months that was mishandled by the mail carrier. Another one was left at the same house number on the wrong street...I spoke to the carrier who told me he was sorry but there was nothing he could do about it...JOKE

The workers have always been helpful here and the location is great because it's accessible.  I just saw that a post office opened up right next to the one on Broad St and the hours of THIS location have been taken down.  Is this location closed? I don't have time to go all the way out there.  If improvements needed to be made, USPS needs to put up a contract for work to be done.

Ridiculous and I mean ridiculous..... phone rings busy from the time they get there until they leave.. I haven't received mail in a week. The first 2 days was understanding... what's the reason now. If the kids are back in school why can't mail be delivered.... you can tell where the LAZY WORKERS ARE ... IN MOST OF THE RICHMOND OFFICES

This office is very small for it to be a location that you have to pick up returned mail. The building is dated and is not set up for fast service since there are two windows but only one worker. The parking lot is also extremely small and won't allow literally more than 5 cars at a time.
