Question:  Are the mail drivers that deliver in the 23227 area from this post office?  If not, where?  So far, 6:04p.m. was the last time I checked for mail.  Yesterday (Halloween), a prank was played.  The mail carrier left two pieces of mail in our mail box for *Yolanda James, who left 1205 Rennie Avenue in May of 2017.  I am constantly looking to see when--or if we get mail!  This is ridiculous!  To whoever this route belongs to, please pass this letter to the responsible person(s) available.  Though exercise is good, it would be nice having an earlier, regular time of day to get mail.  Sometimes it is pitch dark!  This is uncalled for.  We have apartments being built across from us.  What then?  When Mr. Tim White worked for the post office, he was in our neighborhood at 12 noon EVERY delivery day.  And if the postal employees hate "white people" so much, tell them to find another job.  We haven't done anything to them.  *Reverse discrimination!  Thank you for your time.  Have a good day.

The worst service ! No one can never tell you why postman says he left notice for my package and no notice is in mailbox. So I don't know where it is or what to do. It's size of envelope so why wasn't it stuck in mailbox. Never can get the supervisor ! Most unprofessional folks I've ever met. Like I'm not supposed to be pissed something I've paid for is misplaced by them.

Piss poor. They never answer their phone and do not give you an option to leave a voicemail. They let it ring and ring and then hang up the call if you persist.

This store is extremely slow and the staff is never welcoming and always in a bad mood. If you try to contact the store you have to call the 800 number and they take you through 1000 prompts in order to tell you that your wait time to speak to a representative is 2 hours. THATS CRAZY!
