All of my worst USPS experiences involve this location. According to the online tracking info, they often "Attempt delivery" but when I talk to my doorman, he says USPS did not make any deliveries that day. One more than one occasion, they have NOT left the "Sorry We Missed You" slips (PS form 3894) that are supposed to facilitate redelivery or pickup from the post office. My guess is that they aren't trying to deliver packages and are lying about it. I just had an international package get returned to sender, and  I'm almost positive they didn't even try to deliver it to my apartment building. Some USPS locations are great. This one is a disgrace.

The employees that work here are extremely rude and ill-mannered. Have little to no courtesy. They need to be educated about their jobs because they seem to know little to nothing about it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE. It is a disaster, take five minutes of your day to go elsewhere.

Everyone who has ever assisted me here has been kind and helpful. The line can get long, but that's the post office for you. Never an issue getting a package.

On a regular basis they lose the key to the front door keybox that only they have access to. They walk 3 feet to the mail boxes inside and loose a key. We give them another key and within months they lose that as well.

Have picked up many packages from this location and the employees have always been fast and helpful. Never had any issues with lost packages or anything along those lines. Occasionally there may be a wait if a lot of people are there (there's only one window), but that is more the exception than the rule.
