Overall lack of communication competence. Heavily-dependent on paperwork and written documentation. Chooses to hurt customer assigning endless tasks to complete within the given organizational framework. ............................... Waits in line. Stares blindly at people-proof plexiglass window. Me: "Hi, just getting in from work and tracking has my package listed as 'Undeliverable, No Secure Location,' what does that mean?" USPS: "ARE YOU PICKING UP OR DROPPING OFF?" USPS: "You Need Proof Of Address. Go Home And Get Mail Item Proving Your Address." I return, again, wait in line. USPS: "We don't have a package for you." Me: "It says it was brought back here. The package was Shipped UPS and Converted to USPS". USPS: "You need to call UPS and Give us the USPS Tracking Number." Wait on hold for UPS Phone Support. Get the USPS tracking number. USPS: "It's still on the truck." ........................ And the Customer-Facing Personnel are angry, paranoid. "When was the package out-for-delivery? Today? The Mail-Carrier needs to bring the package back here first. Undelivered packages are normally available the following day of business. When picking-up bring the notification slip the Carrier left at the residence. This will make finding your package easier and don't forget your ID. We may ask for this every time you are at the counter." I hope this helps!

Anytime something is delivered by USPS I cringe knowing I will have to spend a week trying to fit their availability into my schedule.

Zero Accountability for EVERYTHING and POOR Customer Service!! I miss my old driver Ed (And Kim at the window if she's still there) who were actually GREAT! Hire more people like them instead of the others who clearly do not want to be there at all!

customer service is non existent, no different than any other post office I've been to in this city. But what else can we expect from government employees? These people can't work anywhere else. They are unemployable. So really the problem lies with customers of the usps. We expect competency from the incompetent.

I had to call almost five post offices to get any answer. This one was the only one to answer. It is nearly impossible to get any live person on the phone at the post office now. The person was helpful to track a package, they could not see anything else than what was on the screen I saw. Its a little sad that a postal system can't provide service to customers and calling the 800 or local offices you need to have someone to answer the phones its just a general customer service issue!
