Horrible!  How things change. This Post Office used to be the example how the Post Office should be, not any more.  Very lazy employees and they do you a favor to help you.

I will NEVER send something valuable through the mail again. I wanted to send my mom a beautiful ceramic coffee mug that I had brought back all the way from Barbados. Yes...I made it with the mug in 1piece from Barbados all the way to Philly. When I dropped the package off it was wrapped in 10 pieces of newspaper, stuffed so it wasn't hallow, put into a bag with the bag tied off, and tapped to the inside of the box. I told the woman working that it was extremely fragile. She said she would cover it in fragile stickers and make sure nothing happened to it. My mom received the box (in Michigan) and the mug was broken. She said the box was dented in and there was only one small fragile sticker. I'm extremely upset. I will never send something fragile through the mail from this post office again.

After wrestling with terrible usps experiences in Philly I decided to uber out here for the ratings. I was fortunate enough to receive good service and the lady working was very patient with me as it was my first time mailing things internationally and in bulk. She also helped me with an issue I had with a missing package and explained to me well what was going on. I was disappointed to see a customer treating her rudely because they're working long hours and don't deserve such treatment. Will be coming back.

Today (Sat Dec 17th) it's probably one of the busiest days in the calendar for USPS and this location is one of the very few that stays open until 4pm. Therefore the line with people with bags full of boxes/envelopes/cards/packages was out the door. Surprisingly there was only one person working the counter on such busy day. Still, she managed to do her job properly/quickly/attitude free.
